About UsJahn Properties is a full-service property management and development company. We manage real estate in Pennsylvania, Virginia, California, and Florida. Not only do we collect rent and perform maintenance, we also pay mortgage, tax, and other bills to relieve the burden from the property owner. Jahn Properties also assists with rental analyses and real estate development projects, such as renovations and the coordination of new construction.
